Zoe Transforming Foundation is a nonprofit organization in Kenya dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through education, food support, healthcare, youth empowerment, and community welfare programs.
We transform the lives of vulnerable children, families, and communities facing hunger, illness, and lack of education. We support orphaned and vulnerable children, disadvantaged youth, and families facing poverty and hardship. Every child we educate, every family we feed, and every life we heal is a story of hope, and you can be part of it.
